Steerprop prepares for further growth with senior HR appointment
Finnish thruster propulsion specialist Steerprop is positioning itself for further anticipated growth and correlating to its changes with the appointment of Juuli Nyholm as Director, Human Resources.
Nyholm, who becomes part of the company’s management team, joined the company in January. She brings a wealth of experience in scaling up teams and managing employee affairs in rapidly growing organizations, most recently at Finnish state-owned natural gas distribution company Gasgrid Finland.
Steerprop President and CEO Riku-Pekka Hägg said: “As Steerprop builds its employee base in response to continued sales growth, it will be essential to maintain the company’s distinctive culture and ethos. Juuli’s career to date shows that she has been able to do so repeatedly, and we are excited to welcome her to the management team.”
