We are looking for a forward-thinking Business Controller to play a key role in guiding strategic decision-making and steering financial performance. As a Business Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our internal systems evolution and ideally have a passion for ERP systems and data flows. This is your opportunity to help shape internal processes and optimize financial processes to provide the clarity needed to drive profitable growth. Your insights will help build scalable systems that support procurement, project execution, and commercial operations - ensuring our internal architecture keeps pace with our strategic ambitions.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Leading internal ERP system development and configuration to support financial and operational workflows (together with a technical Project Manager)
- Designing and implementing internal data structures for accurate cost tracking and reporting
- Collaborating with IT and business units to align ERP capabilities with process needs
- Developing forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis models
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance across departments and projects
- Providing actionable insights to senior management for decision-making and strategy work
The skills and experience we value:
- Experience in system development, financial process automation and business intelligence tools
- Experience in business controlling, preferably in manufacturing, project business or marine industries
- Strong analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach
- Proactive attitude and ownership of cross-functional development initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English
- A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)

In this role, you will report to CFO with your office located in Rauma, Finland.
