We are looking for a motivated Condition Monitoring Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic condition monitoring team, focusing on the condition monitoring of propulsion systems. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our customer’s propulsion systems through proactive monitoring, analysis and insight-driven actions.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Leading and supporting a small condition monitoring team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery
- Planning and coordinating resource allocation for commissioning activities and remote support
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving condition monitoring systems and processes
- Collecting and analyzing condition monitoring data (e.g. vibration, oil and wear debris) to identify trends and potential issues
- Monitoring propulsion systems and producing reports that enable proactive maintenance and provide actionable insights for customers
- Performing installation and commissioning of condition monitoring systems
- Carrying out scheduled on-site measurements, followed by analysis and reporting
The skills and experience we value:

Experience in configuring measurement systems, including the analysis and creation of measurement settings and configurations

Strong understanding of condition monitoring and fault diagnostics
- Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills, ability to work independently, and excellent written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel and participate in on-call duties when required
- Relevant technical education (bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)
- Mobius vibration analyst qualification certification (VCAT III) and familiarity with propulsion systems and the marine industry are considered an advantage
