Development Manager, Lifecycle Services, with a Resolve to Perform

We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Development Manager, Lifecycle Services, who is responsible for bringing our company's service solutions to the market. Creating and executing the contract strategy will be central to your work. The use of new technologies, such as AI and data analytics, will benefit optimizing service processes and developing predictive maintenance. The role also includes developing condition monitoring as part of our offering to ensure the performance and reliability of equipment.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Development and market introduction of new service solutions
  • Contract strategy development and implementation
  • Strategic planning and implementation of predictive service methods
  • Utilization of technological solutions, such as artificial intelligence and data analytics, in service
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Collaboration with customers and stakeholders in creating new services

The skills and experience we value:

  • Experience in service and technical development
  • Innovative and development-oriented approach
  • Strong collaboration, organization and communication skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Technical education (e.g. engineering, bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)
  • Experience in predictive maintenance is considered as an advantage
  • Experience in utilizing artificial intelligence, data analytics and digital tools in service processes is considered as an advantage

In this role, you will report to the Service Director, with your office located in Rauma or Vantaa, Finland.
