We are looking for an Engineer to join our Technical Analysis team focused on the power transfer and dimensioning of components for mechanical thrusters. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong interest in machine design and analytical problem-solving.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Performing internal dimensioning of mechanical components

- Component optimization
- Ensuring that thrusters perform efficiently and reliably under heavy loads and varying conditions

- Providing technical product support to the sales team
- Assisting in developing and optimizing mechanical designs
The skills and experience we value:
- Interest in calculating and determining machine parts
- Strong analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach
- Proactive attitude and good collaboration skills
- Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English
- Skills in 3D modeling and FEM calculations are consirered an advantage
- Programming skills are considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Machine Design / Mechanical Design) or related field

In this role, you will report to Manager, Technical Analysis with your office located in Rauma, Vantaa or Jyväskylä Finland.
