Part Sales & Logistics Engineer, Steerprop

We are looking for a proactive and service‑minded Part Sales & Logistics Engineer to strengthen our team during a parental leave period. Key areas of responsibility:

  • Handling incoming spare part requests and preparing quotations using technical documentation
  • Processing sales orders and collaborating with internal teams and warehouses
  • Coordinating global logistics: shipping, customs, and delivery tracking
    • Preparing project logistics packing lists and handling freight orders
  • Maintaining up to date inventory records and supporting stock planning
  • Keeping customers informed with updates on order status and delivery timelines
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of our processes

The skills and experience we value:

  • Experience in international parts sales, logistics, supply chain, or maritime operations
  • Understanding of customs compliance
  • Good communication skills and a customer focused mindset
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • A proactive, solution oriented approach
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
  • Ability to read drawings and other technical documentation is an advantage

In this role, you will report to the Part Sales and Logistics Manager with your office located in Rauma, Finland.
