Project Engineer, Steerprop

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing delivery projects from conception through to completion. Key areas of responsibility:

  • Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of delivery projects
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and production
  • Preparing technical reports, documentation, and project updates
  • Reviewing design plans, specifications, and other technical documents
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or delays
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards
  • Supporting project managers in budget tracking, resource allocation, and quality assurance
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met

The skills and experience we value:

  • Experience in project engineering or similar role
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, project management tools, and production methods
  • Proficient in software such as Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical education (e.g. engineering, bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)

In this role, you will report to Director, Sales and Project Management with your office located in Rauma, Finland.
