We are looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing delivery projects from conception through to completion. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key areas of responsibility:
- Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of delivery projects
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and production
- Preparing technical reports, documentation, and project updates
- Reviewing design plans, specifications, and other technical documents
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or delays
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards
- Supporting project managers in budget tracking, resource allocation, and quality assurance
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met
The skills and experience we value:
- Experience in project engineering or similar role
- Knowledge of engineering principles, project management tools, and production methods
- Proficient in software such as Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical education (e.g. engineering, bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)

In this role, you will report to Director, Sales and Project Management with your office located in Rauma, Finland.
