Sales Engineers, Steerprop

We are looking for two proactive Sales Engineers to connect our advanced propulsion technologies with customer success. In this hands-on role, you’ll engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions. Your ability to take initiative, collaborate effectively, and solve challenges will be key to driving impactful sales outcomes.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Project specific optimisation of Steerprop solutions in co-operation with the prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborating with engineering to ensure feasibility and accuracy of solutions
  • Proactive approach in preparing and developing commercial offers and technical specifications
  • Providing post-sales technical support and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Initial project planning in ERP including scope of supply & customer milestones
  • Supporting sales development to maintain & develop tools

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English, other languages are a plus

  • Technical education (e.g. engineering, bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce are a bonus

In this role, you will report to Director, Sales and Project Management with your office located in Rauma, Finland.
