We are looking for a competent and development-oriented Service Manager to support our growth. In this new role you will be responsible for the development and operational management of our company's field service operations. The position combines responsibilities of a service manager with the organization and managerial tasks of technical service. The role is central to the building and development of the new service organization.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Planning, development and management of service processes
- Management and recruitment of the field service team, managing the scope, schedules, resources and performance of service projects
- Operational management of technical service
- Monitoring and developing the efficiency and profitability of service operations
- Cooperation with other departments and customers to develop service solutions
- Preparation of service offers and customer negotiations
- Providing excellent customer service
The skills and experience we value:
- Experience in industrial service and maintenance tasks
- Leadership skills and experience in leading a team
- Ability to develop and streamline field service operations
- Strong collaboration, organization and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English
- Technical education (e.g. engineering, bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)
- International experience, as well as experience in the maritime industry, is considered as an advantage

In this role, you will report to the Service Director, with your office located in Rauma, Finland.
